2024 Boys & Girls Club of CSWI Annual Fundraiser
The Boys and Girls Club was chartered in November of 2002 and has a mission to inspire and enable young people to realize their full potential as productive, responsible, and caring citizens. In 2023, our Club increased its membership by 35% from 2022 with 203 Registered Members, and our Outreach Program served an additional 595 youth.
Our annual fundraising event provides funding to the club with an operating budget of $219,000 for the 2024 fiscal year. Implementing fundraisers such as this are an imperative part of funding the operations for the Boys and Girls Club.
We would like to ask for your support and contribution to this event. All donations received will be displayed on Saturday, March 23, 2024. 100% of the proceeds will directly benefit local youth at the Boys and Girls Club of Central Southwest Iowa.
Thank you for your consideration in helping fund this event which will in turn help flourish the children of our communities. The life skills that the Boys and Girls Club instill amongst our youth are priceless. Please contribute to the cause that helps our children grow.
Despite the overwhelming list of statistics and information that can be given about our Club, we feel that the most obvious reasons to contribute are the little humans who you see every day: playing at the park, riding their bikes around town, attending Chuck Wagon and Casey Fun Days with their families, peeking through the windows on the school bus, or those on your favorite little one’s sports team.
Without the generous support of our community, these kiddos wouldn’t have a youth program to attend every day after school and throughout the summer. The Club is a safe place with well trained and educated staff that families can rely on consistently. As a sponsor, YOU can provide that for our community. YOU can give a chance for your friends, neighbors, and customers to have a facility that they can confidently send their children to while they are at work. YOU have the opportunity to invest in our local youth.
By sponsoring this event, you are investing in the future of our community. We ask that you take a minute and think of the family-owned businesses and farm operations in our area. How many of those are multi-generational? How many of those rely on the generation described above to continue to operate and provide future success for our community? Those faces peeking through the bus window and feet running through the park are the future of Adair and Casey.

With the option of running their family business, exceptional daycare, and a program designed for school-aged youth, Adair and Casey will remain home for our younger and future generations when they are raising families of their own.
